Need a way to locate the latest Editor's Draft of a spec

Today, I tried to locate the latest Editor's Draft of a spec whose EDs are Member-confidential. I failed.

Google search was obviously useless for this use case, since only public content is indexed. Sometimes, it's non-trivial to locate a public ED, too.

It would good to have a search function for searching documents across www.w3.org and dev.w3.org including the Member-only parts.
