Ivan, as activity lead for SW, and because I've lost a lot of
occassional use email addresses during my chnage over (sorry),

This is in IRC but I didn't want it to get lost.

The doc at:

 http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-rdf-syntax/

isn't the RDF syntax doc.

It's the primer.

It's not just me.  Someone on a different network but in the UK
confirmed it for me.

I guess either the mirrors are very confused or the style reset didn't
go perfectly.
