Cumbersome, verbose, overwhelming, W3C web site joke

Dear W3C people,

You must be joking. Your site is cumbersome, verbose, and overwhelming..

I am not handicapped and am considered intelligent.

I find your web site to be far from reasonably accessible.

What a joke and a disappointment that you folks are supposed to set  
the standards for accessible web design.
