rentalcagroup.com links and your Bottom Right hand links

Hi,

I'd prefer all the links at the bottom of the righ hand bar to be at the
top of the bar. I'm usually looking for info on XML, XSL, HTML etc and
it's irritating to have to scroll down to get to them.As like on our website Rentalcargroup its very prominent thanks
