Problem with http://www.w3.org/Consortium/sup in IE7

FYI, the page http://www.w3.org/Consortium/sup has a bizarre layout in IE7
RC1 at 1024x768, with the entire content pushed down to be below the
right-hand nav panel, in fact pushed down so far that little is visible at
the bottom of the window.

Of course, this could be due to a fault in IE7 RC1, but if not it must be
due to misuse of CSS hacks.
