Hi,
a good first step would be to gather some volunteer contributors and
maintainers
for semanticweb.org. Anybody who volunteers would be most welcome!


Regarding vocabularies - I don't think
http://www.semanticweb.org/ontologies/2009/2/HumanEmotions.owl

ever existed - it maybe just the case that somebody used semanticweb.org for
naming purposes but did not actually put the ontology there.
Who is the creator of that ontology?
