I also got the social networks:
 - Facebook export lots of stuff in RDF, you can integrate with Flickr
 - Orkut and 360 have some RDF exporting too

For web annotation, annotea is the biggest reference of all.

Wikimedia have the wiki ontology (but still doesn't use it in wikipedia)

I still couldn't find any application using RDF as it's main data format...
