I might have some more detailed feedback later (I'm in a bit of a  
time crunch right now), but to start with, your blog article says  
there's no use to search for the term "object oriented web" on a  
search engine.  But you might want to try searching for "web object"  
instead (and I don't mean Apple's software).  IOW, the idea of  
attaching behaviors to web data has been looked at a bit already,  
even if not necessarily in the semantic web context.  Some of this  
stuff may not be exactly what you're after this time, but it may be  
helpful to look at as background.
