Ontology Mapping Survey Request

I am conducting a survey on ontology mapping.  I am interested in
gathering information about why people perform ontology mappings, what
types of tools they are using for support, and the types of problems
they experience.  Your participation is optional and anonymous.  The
goal of this survey is to gather information and experience from the
mapping community to guide the development of better mapping tools.
