Reification and Knowledge Representation

I realized that using the words RDF and OWL in the previous question may not phrased the question theoretically enough.  I, like all of you, enjoy these particular knowledge representation languages, and software, and offered for discussion a possible syntax with regard to them.  So having done that, and highlighted possibilities for consideration into an already large number of considerations, please allow me to rephrase that I'm interested in graph-based reasoning with this style of reification and comparing and contrasting it to graph-based reasoning without this style of reification.
