getting a HUGE amount of metadata out there on the web is just one
step away. [1]

All it needs is one service provider to place a SPARQL layer in front
of their database, and allow people to query their data. You would  
immediately
get excellent quality data to use. Amazon.com could easily do this,  
ebay,
or even much smaller organizations. I think this will be the best way to
launch the SemWeb quickly, as it does not require people to agree on the
first draft of an ontology, and the data is immediately useful  
without requiring
someone to write a super aggregator first.

So if your organization has useful data, just convince them to make  
it available
this way.
