The problems have been mounting. There is a perennial challenge fixing
the fonts after graphvis updates so that Japanese fonts work. Recently
(-ish) some links have caused it to be hit with requests to generate
large graphs, which is computationally intensive. The systems folks
did some ulimit voodoo but there's some remaining problem (I forget
exactly what) so that no graphs get produces. I have patches and have
been trying to get the test environment to work so I can test them
before rolling them out. Hopefully I'll have more luck tomorrow.
