suggestion from Mr.Jianmin Yin

I received the comment from Mr.Jianmin Yin, the layout expert on Tibetan
scripts. Mr.Yin gave a very positive feedback on the quality of this
document and also provided one suggestion. 

Please find below the original comments and English translation. 

 

There are several places in this document which use the Japanese layout
rules to explain the Chinese layout rules. As it is known to us, the
Japanese layout document has a big influence on the Chinese layout document,
but I don’t think it is necessary to refer to the Jlreq often. For example,
in 1.2, there are some similarities between the rules of Chinese layout and
the Japanese layout, but there are differences as well due to the different
writing systems. Considering the fact that the audience might not have
experience with the Jlreq or familiar with the Japanese layout requirements,
I suggest that maybe it is better if the related contents get modified.

看过了，写得不错，就提一点意见吧！

文中多次出现用日文排版规则来解释中文排版的内容，尽管我们都清楚，中文版式需求
是根据日文版式需求文档修改的，但没必要去类比日文。例如，1.2中第3条 "中文排版
與日文排版有近似之處，也因書寫系統不同，而有所差異"。将此条单列，作为中文排
版的一项特色来说明，有点突兀。况且读者也不一定懂日文的排版规则，建议修改相关
内容。
