ISSUE-53: What excludes a pattern from being "Advanced"

http://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/databinding/issues/53

Raised by: Paul Downey
On product: Advanced

Advanced is seen as patterns in common use, or which are useful
but where we'd anticipate implementers to do a better job in the
future ..

What is our criteria for excluding a pattern from appearing
in our Advanced spec?
