I updated the XML Security Algorithms Cross Reference as follows:

1. Changed key transport RSA v1.5 to optional to implement, add note that implementation is not recommended due to security reasons.

2. Updated DSA-SHA1 signature to note that verification is optional for 1024 bit keys (not mandatory) and that such keys should not be used for new signatures. Also revised wording related to key lengths and year 2010.
