Edits to XML C14N 2.0 and XML Dsig 2.0

I am done with my edits to XML C14N 2.0 and XML Dsig 2.0

Changes include

.         Adding KeyInfoReference from Signature 1.1     ACTION-529

.         Changing the XML C14N 2.0 URI to http://www.w3.org/2010/xml-c14n2 it used to be http://www.w3.org/2010/xmlsec/xml-c14n20. I removed the "xmlsec/" and the "0" at the end.   ACTION-537

.         Changing the transform model URI to http://www.w3.org/2010/xmldsig2#newTransformModel i.e. removed the "xmlsec/".

.         Fixing some validate errors that happened because of character set issues.
