RE: New draft of Signature 2.0

The bibliography is fixed, I have generate the new html from respec.

Changes

.         Converted to respec format. Earlier it was xmlspec format.

.         Incorporated all the material from Dsig 1.1. 

.         Incorporated scott's proposal - ACTION-496

.         Added back the text()  and id() functions  ACTION-409 and ACTION-371, ACTION-351 is not applicable any more.

 

This is the old spec (http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-core-20/ ) I will be replacing it with the new one, once I got the bibliography fixed.
