More Performance Data for Streaming XML Signature

I uploaded the thesis of another former student (now colleague) of mine
who implemented a streaming-based verification of (a slightly restricted
version of) XML Signature 1.0, also giving some nice performance figures
and additional analysis on why these occur.

With 2.0 mode, such an implementation could be optimized to perform even
better.
