encryption 1.1: example in 2.2.1 is borken

The example in section 2.2.1 is broken:
	  [s1] <EncryptedData xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#'
        Type='http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#Element'/>

The closing slash is one too many.
