Bibliography/Reference review

Can you please review the references in XML Signature 1.1 and XML  
Encryption 1.1 for the following:

1. latest correct version of referenced material
2. Correct and completeness of information for the citation
3. Correctness/changes from previous version of XML Signature and  
Encryption - I tried to be more specific , e.g. XML changed to XML10  
is reference handle, and so on (you can refer to publication from  
publications page for earlier version)
4. Formatting

If changes are needed, the simplest would be if you could please edit  
the attached bibliographic file, so the changes are applied in all  
documents that need them. Once done, please share the changes on the  
list (I can check in the bibliographic file once we agree on the  
changes)

The format of the bibliography is described in the ReSpec  
documentation [1]
