Re: Fwd: v2 proposed changes to C14N11 (sections 2.4, 3.8, Appendix A and xml:id) - please review

This looks good to me; however, the annotation material actually
makes the examples hard to read (and obfuscates part of them).  The
word document doesn't work either here, so I haven't reviewed the
examples.
