ACTION-16: still ongoing

Dear all,

I am still working on finding out whether we will be able to host the 
September workshop. I have to receive some answer on a request that I 
have made on on places for allocating the 50 people by tomorrow within 
the dates that initially we had thought... I think that by tomorrow or 
next Monday the latest I will be able to give a definitive answer.
