I am Hal Lockhart. I do Security Standards full time for BEA Systems. I
have done a lot of work on specs which reference XML DSIG and XML
Encryption, such as WSS, SAML, XACML and DSS mostly at OASIS and some at
WS-I.  

Like some other folks here I am primarily interested in the follow on
activity as I have a list of problems relating primarily to spurious
validation errors with DSIG.
