future of processing wg

With Norm leaving, do we have critical mass?

It might be best to close the WG and maybe to transition to the already
in-place but quiescent community group for the purpose of making a
single place to keep the new ideas going, to register XProc 1
extensions, and to help users. If a spec develops, the WG could be re-
opened or a new WG chartered.

As an alternative I'd also be open to apointing a new chair and trying
for a new burst of activity. There were some strong ideas happening for
a 2.0 but perhaps a lack of focus, or too broad a scope. But we need
more than two active people in the group.

Thoughts?
