Test suite coverage update

Hi folks,

I've finally updated the test suite coverage report:

  http://tests.xproc.org/testsuite/coverage.html

I'm happy to report that we have some coverage for about 84% of the
language. I think that puts us very close to being ready to go to PR!

Just a few more tests...
