I believe that I have finished all of my action items and all of Alex's
as the pertain to the specification.

I'd like folks to review this draft with an eye towards Last Call and to
consider the comments of the XQuery and XSL WGs.

If there are comments you think we need to address before we go to
last call (because you think, for example, that addressing them might
force us to make changes that would necessitate another last call)
please enumerate them.
