Because that seemed easier to explain than:

  <p:xslt ignore-prefixes="x">

and

  <my:extension p:ignore-prefixes="y">

(We can't hijack the unqualified "ignore-prefixes" attribute on other
steps. At least, I didn't feel that we could.)
