New draft, 8 June 2007

Folks,

I've published a new draft at

with revision markup from the last draft

It is my attempt to implement the following changes:

 * The subpipeline of a compound step MUST contain at least one step.
 * Revised parameters proposal
 * Dynamic error for select expressions that don't select nodes
 * Allow unknown steps
 * Allow @type on p:pipeline
