Step Changes in the Draft

Just an FYI...

Here are the changes in the current draft:

* changed 'name' option on p:rename to 'new-name'
* added serialization control to p:escape-markup
* made 'xml' the only required method
* make p:http-request required
* added a "detailed" attribute to c:http-request to just return the
body (or simple result)
