http-request: if detail is true, XML not parsed?

  In the current CR, in 7.1.10.4 one can read:

    If the media type of the response is an XML media type or
    text type [...], the content of the constructed c:body
    element is the translation of the text into a Unicode
    character sequence.

  I don't understand why we include XML media types as well,
there.  Why is it not parsed?
