Fixed, I believe:

  User-defined pipelines (identified with pfx:user-pipeline in the
  preceding syntax summary) are atomic. A pipeline declaration may
  contain a subpipeline, but the invocation of that pipeline is atomic
  and does not contain a subpipeline.
