Replacing the document node in p:string-replace

Hi all,

Which dynamic error handles the case when a step of the
"p:string-replace" family (p:string-replace, p:hash, p:uuid,
p:www-form-url-encode) attempts to replace the document element (or
anything else that would make the output not well-formed XML)? Is it
XD0001?

Similar problem is with removing the document element in p:delete.
