The XML Core WG requests publication of XML Base (Second Edition) available at http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/09/xmlbase-2e/ as a Proposed Edited Recommendation (PER). The URL cited above is for the most recent Member-only version of the specification as of 12 March 2008, dated to reflect the expected publication date of 20 March 2008 and designed to be published by having the directory moved over to http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/PER-xmlbase-20080320/ in its entirety. SCHEDULE We ask webreq/comm to publish this PER on 20 March 2008.
