Done everything is in that directory
    http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/10/PER-xinclude-20061003/

The spec
http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/10/PER-xinclude-20061003/REC-xinclude-20061115.html
The review version
http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/10/PER-xinclude-20061003/REC-xinclude-20061115-review.html
The XML version
http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/10/PER-xinclude-20061003/REC-xinclude-20061115.xml

Ready to be put under TR/2006/REC-xinclude-20061115/

I could not reuse PER-xinclude-20061003.xml as it was edited in a way which
destroyed diff and cvs diff, I just copied back the fix for ID dt-IRI
There is a ChangeLog and a Makefile in that directory. Every change from the
original XML of REC-xinclude-20041220 is logged in CVS and commented. If
there is a need to change the documents please try to keep those informations
up to date. Here is the ChangeLog section for the changes needed today:

Fri Nov 10 22:27:39 CET 2006 Daniel Veillard <daniel@veillard.com>

        * REC-xinclude-2e.xml: updated Status of document per Henry's guidelines
        * REC-xinclude-2e.xml: fixed the broken ID dt-IRI as was done for
          PER-xinclude-20061003.xml
        * REC-xinclude-2e.xml: changed bullet in section 4.3 accordingly to the
          decision on the last teleconf
        * Makefile: updated the date, moved back to REC
        * REC-xinclude-20061115-review.html REC-xinclude-20061115.html
          REC-xinclude-20061115.xml Overview.html: new generated versions

> ACTION to Henry: Send to DV the IP para and the pub date.

  Was done.

> ACTION to Henry: Take it from where Daniel put it and publish it.

That's the next step I think,

Daniel
