Updated editor's draft of XHTML 2

As I mentioned this morning, I have pushed an updated editor's draft of 
XHTML 2 to http://w3.org/MarkUp/Drafts#xhtml2 - this version contains a 
number of editorial corrections and the first cut at XML Schema 
implementations for *our* modules.

More updates to come, of course.  But I welcome any comments!
