Agenda item for 14 January

Roland,

Let's put on the agenda (toward the top, please) a discussion of the 
general topic of what is in XHTML 2, goals, etc. in light of the 
discussion thread about XHTML 2 and HTML5 that has been going on in 
www-html.  Everyone please read through the thread so that you have the 
basics in hand before the meeting.
