CR of Access

Hi group,

While writing the transition request for Access, and describing the  
differences from the last version, and looking at the diffs  
(http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2009/CR-xhtml-access-20090417/xhtml-access-diff.html)  
I got the sinking feeling that the differences are too large to go to CR.  
I fear we have to go to last call again.

What do you think?
