There is no technical comment on this version.
The following comment is minor editorial.

Editorial comments
(1) The description of relation with OMA Wireless CSS specificaiotn is a little bit unclear.
OMA is doing the same alignment efforts with W3C CSS Mobile Profile in Wireless CSS version 1.2.
"Marquee", "Access Keys" and "Input" are deprecated (obsolete) in Wireless CSS version 1.2, not in Wireless version 1.1.
The text gives a misleading impression that they are deprecated in WCSS 1.1.
Maybe this ambuiguity came from the fact that OMA did not provide any reference-able stable WCSS 1.2 yet. WCSS 1.2 is still a draft status in OMA.

(1a) Proposed Change in Abstract:
Additionally, this specification aligns itself as much as possible with the OMA's Wireless CSS 1.1 [WCSS11] specification.

Additionally, this specification aligns itself as much as possible with the OMA's Wireless CSS 1.1 [WCSS11] specification.
At the same time, OMA is doing the alignment work in OMA Wireless CSS 1.2.
It is aimed at mandatory part alignment between CSS Mobile Profile 2.0 and Wireless CSS 1.2

(Or this paragraph can stay in some informative note)

(1b) Proposed Change in Informative Note:
From
	Those extensions are deprecated
