URW3 Final Report

Dear URW3 Members,

The focus of the upcoming weeks is to use the remaining time to  
translate into our final report what we've been discussing during the  
last year. Following the agreement made on the last telecon (i.e.  
Action Item 1), the editing team built a detailed planning for those  
last 40 days or so of our XG commissioning.

In short, we broke down what needs to be done in small tasks that were  
assigned to each XG member. The basis for such WBS was the Final  
Report Draft, which is currently in wiki format. Also, the rationale  
behind it was to aggregate the use case authors as much as possible,  
while still providing a reasonable balance or work to be done and a  
feasible framework for realizing the planning above within its tight  
timetable. Although we encourage people to accept their respective  
assignments, all URW3 members are free to modify them until Jan 25.

Please, read carefully the detailed planning and your respective tasks  
as indicated in the URW3 Final Report Assignment Table (part of the  
detailed planning). For further information on the specific tasks  
assigned to you, we recommend contacting directly the Editing Team  
member assigned to it.
