[MMSEM-UC] Reference for the tagging use case

Dear George, Thomas, Susanne and all,

here is a reference to an article [1] by Tom Gruber discussing how to  
bridge the ontology and folksonomy worlds. In that article he  
introduces the TagOntology [2], that you reference in the tagging use  
case.
The article is rather old (from 2005), but perhaps some of you do not  
know it already.
