RE: Cases

There is no particular reason for Component Vocabularies to be in the
vocabulary alignment cluster.  I would be inclined to suggest think that the
most appropriate cluster for it would be Authority Data (except that there
is no description yet on the page for that cluster; but there certainly does
not seem to be any other appropriate cluster).
