Yes that is fine - sorry that is what I intended, but should have said 
explicitly, given these are meant as broad categories to be 
refined/expanded later, then it doesn't matter if cite is grouped with 
annotate/comment, or link/contextualise, or both, or not explicitly 
mentioned.  :)
