We will have a teleconference this week as planned.

Agenda:

1. Reco element structure -- see proposal [1] from Glen
2. Last chance -- any conflicts between API and protocol?
3. Review/consider code samples and scenarios to ensure no gaps

I propose that we have the following meetings be focused on the listed topics:
27 October:  Complete whatever we didn't complete on the 20th
TPAC:  Wrap up technical points, compile requirements and decision decisions for final report, develop transition to recommendation-track group
