Felix and you have done a great job! Thanks.
I have just a small comment: we should add a reference to the ISLE project
for the meta-data section. the purpose of ISLE was to develop a standard
for meta-annotation.
Here is a reference I have:

and Niels Ole Bernsen, ISLE International Standards for Language
