Marc,

I think that is a reasonable solution, as I understand we have:

1. 3 Possible scale values
   a. Uni polar, 0.0 to 1.0
   b. Bi polar , -1.0 to 1.0
   c. Fuzzy semantic, 7 values for example -> None to Extreme

2. We use this schema for all tags with values (where appropriate)
