I suggest that the  Overview, Applicability, and Requirement sections of: http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/Updated_Version_-_Browser_Lock_Down be pulled into Section 10.1 of wsc-xit (i.e. http://www.w3.org/TR/wsc-xit/#usage-framework ).



I believe that the current text within http://www.w3.org/TR/wsc-xit/#usage-framework should be added to the Requirement sub-section once that is pulled in.
