ACTION-103 Propose descriptive text on firefox anti-phishing UI (for 8.2)

There's nothing happening on this action for a while. Is it really needed? 
I couldn't quite tell just what should happen. Was the idea that the 
example of Firefox's repetition of the hostname somewhere in their UI be 
cited as an example of a merit of the status quo? I don't see a category 
that currently covers that. Someone with a clue should move on this one.
