I believe that was me, and the rationale was that the issue raised in 8.2.4 (now 9.2.5) isn't actually a problem with the padlock icon, but rather a problem with the display of favicons. So I was suggesting that we reverse the order, introduce the idea of the padlock icon, and then in the explanation of favicons describe how favicons can be used to mimick the padlock icon. cheers, mike
