WSDL 1.1 Example

Hi Joel,

Here is the example converted to WSDL 1.1. I could not get this to
validate. The error was:

cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'sawsdl:modelReference' is not
allowed to appear in element 'wsdl:operation'.
