Changes Required for WSDL1.2 Example

Hi all,

We are attaching the diff (diff-1.2-2.0) file to show the differences
between the WSDL 2.0 example in Appendix A (test2.0.wsdl) and the newly created
WSDL 1.1 example (test1.1.wsdl)
